You Won’t Care About This…

E3 – R.I.P.

Well, it appears that E3, the Electronics Entertainment Expo, is dead.  Something about cost vs. return for the participants was out of kilter.

Check out the story on Joystiq here.

Looks like I fell victim to the rumor mill.  40 lashings for me.

  1. with the changes they are making, could be same as death. we will only know when we see how things come out next E3.

let’s hope it improves things. i know many many game industry biggies are all pro this change. so who knows.

just kinda scares me. the E3 I went to was a zoo but it was also amazing.

  2. I wish they would go back to something where the public can get access to emerging games and hardware. It’s not like the industry people didn’t know what the 360 was like before last years E3. All of the developers had development issue 360’s and Microsoft had pre-releases of all of the games. Let’s get the public in on this!
